In 2016, California made international headlines by legalizing cannabis for adult recreational use and became the largest legal marketplace overnight. With over 500 licensed dispensaries across the state, the race to become the leading distributor kicked off. Rise Logistics, an end-to-end distributor and co-packer for the cannabis industry, had been anticipating this shift to a legal marketplace and developed technology that could integrate their fulfillment, testing, processing, and distribution services. The product’s infrastructure was firmly in place but the brand was in need of a refresh that better resonated with the companies and retailers on their platform.
We updated the Rise Logistics logo to work better on both print and digital application. This new logo alongside a modified color system, illustrations, and an ownable photography style transformed Rise Logistics into approachable and consumer-friendly brand.
