Epic Cleantec
Problem
Epic Cleantec’s water recycling technology is genuinely groundbreaking, removing 99.9999999999% of contaminants from wastewater, but advanced infrastructure is a hard thing to make people feel something about. To shift public perception around recycled water and prove its quality in the most visceral way possible, they needed more than a press release. They needed a product people could hold, pour, and drink.

Solution
We designed the can packaging for two first-of-their-kind beers, Shower Hour IPA and Laundry Club Kölsch. Rather than shy away from where the water came from, we leaned all the way in. Each can became a full illustrated world: the IPA wrapped in a pink-tiled shower scene, the Kölsch inside a laundry machine.
